Ms. Riggan Brings Groundhog Day Magic to Netzaberg Elementary School

At Netzaberg Elementary School, Groundhog Day has grown into one of the most anticipated annual traditions, thanks to the passion and creativity of teacher Ms. Riggan. Since the school first opened its doors in August 2008, Riggan has shared her enthusiasm for the often-overlooked holiday with generations of students, transforming it into a celebration of learning, curiosity, and schoolwide engagement.
