Netzaberg Elementary School Newsletter

Dear Dragon Families,
What an amazing week it's been here at Netzaberg Elementary! Our halls have been filled with creativity, energy, and so much joy. A big round of applause to our talented Drama Club students who lit up the stage with their performance—what a show! And thank you to everyone who braced the rain and participated in the Color Run! The laughter, the colors, the memories—it was a blast from start to finish!
This week also marks the start of our Summative Assessments. Our students are showing focus, resilience, and all the skills they’ve been working on all year. We’re so proud of them and know they’ll continue to do their best throughout the week!
Looking ahead, we’ve got even more excitement coming your way! Next week, Coach Gray is turning PE into a groovy good time with Disco Roller Rink Week! 🛼💃✨ Students are welcome to bring their own roller skates, inline skates, or scooters—and don’t forget those helmets for safety!
We love seeing our Dragon community shine and can’t wait for another week of fun, learning, and togetherness.
With Dragon Pride,
Your NES Team

Summative Testing for 3rd – 5th Grade Students
Summative testing is just around the corner, and we want to ensure that our 3rd – 5th grade students are set up for success! These assessments provide valuable insight into student growth and learning, and we appreciate your support in helping them do their very best.
🔹 Testing will begin promptly at 8:15 AM, so please make sure your child arrives on time each day.
🔹 We kindly ask that you avoid scheduling any appointments on testing days to ensure students can fully focus without interruptions.
A good night’s sleep, a healthy breakfast, and a little encouragement can go a long way!  Remind your child that this is their chance to show all the amazing things they have learned. We believe in them, and we know they will do great!
